Errors when entering in Credit Card Information?
Usually The problems you may encounter with Credit Card entry forms is that sometimes they require all the fields to be filled in before continuing to process the Charge to start this process  when you are finished with  the enrollment form you click submit which should bring you to this screen:
   
Here you will enter your name and hit submit button as shown above
You should come to this screen:

 
Here you enter your Credit Information and hit the Button on the bottom of the screen as shown above
