WEB SITE VISITOR & MEMBER AGREEMENT
Every Visitor & Member who logs on to veteransearch.com and/or any of the other domain names which are owned by American Veteran Search L.L.C. and pointed at veteransearch.com to use the services provided by American Veteran Search L.L.C. unconditionally accepts and agrees to the following terms and conditions of this agreement, American Veteran Search L.L.C. grants to you a limited, non exclusive license to use the database, Guest book, message center and any specialty services established by American Veteran Search L.L.C. to help locate fellow veterans who you wish to contact for the sole purpose of renewing old friendships that were made while on active duty with the armed forces of the United States of America.
American Veteran Search L.L.C. reserves the right to, Promote, List, Post, Post on our website, Make Known Publicly, Distribute in our Monthly Newsletter, Use in Promotional Literature, Distribute electronically, Distribute electronically to News Media, Television and Movie companies any reunion and/ or reunions which were made possible by the efforts of Veteransearch.com, American Veteran Search L.L.C. and/or any of it's affiliates and Partners without regard to who initiated the search without any Legal recourse of any kind from the parties reunited by our actions to promote these reunions. American Veteran Search will not be responsible for any damages, coincidental or otherwise from the promotion of any reunion made possible by Veteransearch.com
You may NOT use our Database, Message center, Guest book and/or any other search tools provided by American Veteran Search for solicitations, commercial or otherwise.
Members may not use our database to sell or distribute any data obtained from our database for any commercial purposes what so ever.
American Veteran Search L.L.C. reserves the right to deny access to any member or group of members to the database at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason it deems appropriate to protect our members privacy from unwanted solicitations.
American Veteran Search L.L.C. has the following refund policy available to all of it’s paid members who are in good standing. A full refund will be made to any member that is not completely satisfied with our service up to Thirty days from initial paid enrollment date, unless the member has used his One "10 Most Wanted" search request, then they are not entitled to a refund. If the member chooses a refund then all of their enrollment information will be removed from our database and their password will be revoked. Members who wish to have their enrollment information left on our database, so that their friends will be able to find them in the future will be charged a fee of Fifteen dollars for this service. This fee will not entitle this person to access our database or a "10 Most Wanted" Search request.
American Veteran Search L.L.C. has the following refund policy pertaining to products purchased from our P/X Online Store. We will exchange any product purchased from our Online store within 10 days of receipt of said product's) as long as product has been paid for in full and has NOT been worn and has not been removed from it's original packaging. With the following Exception all custom embroidered Jackets that have the customers name embroidered on the Jacket are NOT returnable. Buyer will be responsible for any & all shipping costs to and from American Veteran Search that would be associated with the returned product's) all shipping costs must be included with the returned Product's). Buyer must telephone or E-mail their intentions to return a product's) to American Veteran Search prior to shipping any product's) back to American Veteran Search. American Veteran Search will issue a return order number to the buyer prior to the buyer shipping any Product's) back for exchange this number must be included with the product's) or exchange will not take place.
American Veteran Search L.L.C reserves the right to remove and/or use any and all data from our database , Message center and Guest book at any time and for any reason or for no reason at all if it so desires. This includes but is not limited to sharing data with our Affiliates and Partners . American Veteran Search L.L.C. does not control and makes no warranty regarding, the accuracy, integrity or quality of any data contained in the database. message center and guest book American Veteran Search L.L.C. will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the data contained in our database, Message Center and Guest Book or the use of the American Veteran Search L.L.C. service.
All paid members who have their invoice number from when they joined are entitled to ONE "10 Most Wanted" Search request ( refer to the "10 Most wanted" Page on the web site) This search is conducted by our search team on a first come basis and this type of search is not guaranteed to be successful other than a best efforts search by our search team to locate at least One person named in the members "10 Most Wanted" search request providing that the member has provided enough information on the people they are searching for as to enable our search team to conduct a good search.
American Veteran Search L.L.C. disclaims any and all warranties relating to the database, message center, guest book , "10 Most Wanted search" and the service, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use.
All members and visitors to our web site agree to hold American Veteran Search L.L.C. harmless in respect of any use or misuse of the database, message center, guest book and/or any specialty services i.e. Reunions from "10 most wanted" searches or any use or misuse of the information contained therein.
